How to download form 26AS

HOW TO VIEW/DOWNLOAD FORM 26AS

Form 26AS is statement is annual consolidated statement of TDS. Form 26AS displays the various taxes deducted/paid on individual’s or any person’s income from/through various sources.

Form 26AS can be viewed or download in two ways:

    1. Download by log in Income tax site
    2. Download through net banking

Perform the following steps to view or download the Form-26AS from e-Filing portal

1. Login to ‘e-Filing’ Portal  www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in
2. Enter your PAN as User ID, Enter Password & Captcha Code
3. Go to the 'My Account' menu, click 'View Form 26AS (Tax Credit)' link
4. Click on confirm button
5. Read the disclaimer, click 'Confirm' and the user will be redirected to TDS-CPC Portal.
6. Click on the link at the bottom of the page – ‘Click View Tax Credit (Form 26AS) to view your Form 26AS
7. Select the ‘Assessment Year’ and ‘View type’ (HTML, Text or PDF) & Click ‘View / Download Note
8. To export the Tax Credit Statement as PDF, view it as HTML > click on 'Export as PDF'
