4. Payment and Refund Policy

  • All payments for services must be made in advance.
  • Refunds are eligible only before the Computation of Income has been shared by our tax expert.
  • If our team fails to connect with you within 48 hours of service purchase, a full refund may be claimed.
  • Once the tax work is initiated, no refunds will be processed.
  • In certain cases, a credit note may be issued at the discretion of Taxfolios, valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
